1 Peter: Living Hope

Peter opens by grounding believers in their identity as chosen exiles—scattered in the world, yet securely held by God. He points them to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus, reminding them that their future inheritance is untouchable and eternal. Even their present suffering has purpose, refining their faith and producing lasting glory. What they now experience in Christ is something prophets longed to see and angels still marvel at.

*Stand firm in hope, even in suffering, because in Christ your identity and future are secure.
