Joshua: Big Prayers

In Joshua 10, Joshua faces an overwhelming battle and responds with bold faith, asking God to make the sun stand still so Israel can finish the fight. His prayer reminds us that God can do what we cannot, but bold prayer is rooted in trusting God's purposes rather than demanding our preferred outcomes. We are called to pray with confidence, take the steps of obedience God has placed before us, and trust Him with what we cannot control. Prayer isn't our last resort when everything else fails; it should be our first response because we know who God is.
